On Saturday, October 19th, the Zeta Omicron chapter of Pi Sigma Epsilon celebrated it's fall 2019 initiation. This biannual event is a highlight for many reasons. Between the ceremony, group photos, and lunch reception it is a great day of celebrating. We inducted a total of nineteen new members, bringing our grand total to fifty-two members.
This class of inductees brings a good deal of excitement to the group, since this one of the largest inductions to date. It marked another notch of establishment in the chapters growth. The new members have been divided into the various committees and are becoming viable assets.
Inductions are held with a great deal of formality, professionalism, and a splash of surprise for the new members. A healthy balance to create a fun, yet classy event inside the Somsen Auditorium on campus. Following the ceremony there was a photo op for the group, various sections, executive board, and headshots for the new members.
After the pictures were taken, the group migrated to Black Horse, a restaurant and event space. Everyone enjoyed a meal and got to know the new members. This lunch concluded a successful day for the brothers, old and new.
